Tariff
Our Published APAI Room Tariff is INR ₹9,000 on double occupancy per room per night. This tariff includes all meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and Hi Tea).
- Children under 5 years — No extra charges (same room without extra bed)
- Children 5 to 12 years — INR ₹1,750 (stay, all meals & extra bed)
- Extra Child above 12 years and up to the age of 18 years — INR ₹2,250 (stay, all meals & extra bed)
- Extra Adult — INR ₹3,000 (stay, all meals & extra bed)

Reservations Policy
Payment Terms
- Safari Permit Payments — 100% payment at the time of booking. Safari payment includes Gypsy rentals, Guide fees, Entry fees and Booking charges.
- Once the safaris are booked we cannot modify or reschedule them. On cancellation, the refund will be provided as per the Tiger Reserve's cancellation policy.
- Room Payments: 50% payment at the time of booking and the balance payment due 15 days before check-in date.
Extras
- The room tariff includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Hi Tea.
- Room service orders, mineral water, snacks, laundry or any other consumables not included in the tariff will be charged on actuals at the lodge.
Room Cancellations
- Within 30 days or No Show — 100% cancellation charge.
- 30 days to 45 days — 50% cancellation charge. Balance amount will be adjusted in next booking.
- 45 days and above — 10% cancellation charge. Balance amount will be adjusted towards next booking.
- Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
- Long weekend and holiday bookings (New Year, Christmas, Holi and Diwali) are non-refundable.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time is 1:30 PM and Check-out time is 11:30 AM.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and can be chargeable depending on the number of hours pre-poned or extended.
Safari Terms & Conditions
Safari charges vary between INR ₹7,000 to INR ₹14,000.
- Safari Permits for the reserve are subject to availability. Entry gates may vary as each gate has a designated quota of gypsies.
- Safari charges mentioned are from Kolara gate (adjacent to our lodge). For safaris from other gates, travel time can vary between 15 minutes to 1.5 hours; transportation if required is provided at an additional charge.
- No claims for refund can be made in case of any strike, unforeseen events, or weather conditions.
- A valid Photo ID proof issued by the Central or State Government is required for booking safaris. Passport is required for Foreign Nationals.
- It is mandatory to carry the original Photo ID during safaris — IDs are checked at Forest Entry Gates.
- A gypsy can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
- Gypsies and Guides are allocated by the forest department on a rotation basis.
- Safari tariffs are generally declared at the start of the season. Any increase in tariffs must be settled at the lodge.
- Mobile Phones are not allowed inside the forest during safaris.
